VP of Sales, SkySwitch
Jayson Jones is responsible for driving North American sales for SkySwitch, and focuses on growing the company’s channel and client bases. Jones brings to the position a successful track record of more than 25 years that includes high-profile leadership positions and recognized sales achievements in the high-tech, telecom and digital printing industries. A frequent speaker and trainer, Jones specializes in forming strategic alliances and programs that add value to the customer relationship. Prior to joining SkySwitch, Jones most recently oversaw global sales for Ironton Global Corporation, where he managed the concept, development, launch and ongoing sales of their international calling application. During his tenure at IGC, he nurtured key relationships and engendered strategic partnerships that led to significant revenue growth. Jones has co-founded five technology/telecom startups in his career and is recognized by his peers as a man of integrity, passion and faith. Jones attended the University of Nevada with a focus in communications. He currently resides in San Diego, CA with his wife and four children.
VP of Support, SkySwitch
Corey brings nine years in Voice over IP Technical Experience as well as IT Management experience to the SkySwitch Team. Corey's focus is running and optimizing the Support department to the best of its ability. He believes that Support must be attacked from every angle, not only solving tickets and resolving issues but identifying ticket trends, continual employee development, training, documentation, and customer education. Corey has grown SkySwitch's Support team from five Support Employees in September of 2016 to seventeen as of November 2018. He has built and continually develops a training program allowing new support personnel to complete training by reading and watching videos. Corey currently resides in Peoria, Arizona with his wife and two children.
VP of Customer Success, SkySwitch
William Brister, a USAF veteran, brings 35 years experience in telecom to the organization. Within 2 years of joining the Air Force William was teaching telecommunications and after leaving the Air Force held various Telecommunications Sales and Sales Engineering positions with leading companies and leans on that training and experience as he leads the Reseller Onboarding and Billing Services Department as VP of Customer Success. His team's primary focus of nurturing new SkySwitch Resellers to success has played a key role in seeing the company grow monthly revenue by more than 2800% since joining SkySwitch in 2015. William, believes in personal one on one time to train and engage the entrepreneurial minded Resellers through the Onboarding Process but also understands to scale the department needed to build online training into the mix. William resides in Allen TX, a suburb of Dallas, with his wife of 36 years, his two married children and 2 grand children.
SVP of Sales at BCM One
As Senior Vice President of Sales, Mike Nowak is responsible for overseeing the sales strategy for both the channel and direct sales at BCM One.
Nowak was recently the Vice President of Sales at nexVortex, a Managed SIP provider, helping build the company from a small start-up to a growth company validated with over 40 consecutive quarters of revenue growth and recognition on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies 10 years in a row. Nowak has a passion for solution sales, providing technical sales education, and seeing business growth in partners, customers, and employees.
Nowak’s 20 years of technical sales experience began at IBM after graduating from Michigan State University with a B.A. in Marketing. After IBM, channel sales positions at Aspen Consulting and Bandwidth.com were key building blocks in Nowak’s sales career.
